Tera game server issues
In order to check if lag is caused by the Game Server you have a couple of possibilites. The best bet is to check the SERVER STATUS on the Tera website: http://tera.enmasse.com/server-status
You can also talk via the in-game chat to other payers on your server and ask if others do lag as well. Another indicator for server lag is to join a group and fight a boss. If all players in the group are lagging, its mainly server lag!
Unfortunately there is no solution for a player available to fight game server lag. You can only report it via the Tera Forum or via the Tera support.
* Keep in mind that if lag is caused by your end, it is possible that you get kicked from the game server, what could be misunderstood as server lag!
