When you choose different Servers by the Speed Test, your results are different.

Solution Solution a.) TCP/IP degrades over distance so choose a server closest to you when performing the Internet speed test.

Solution b.) Depending on the usage of the Server, the results can variate during the daytime.

Solution c.) Your Internet connection is currently unstable. Wait a short while until your connection is stable again or navigate to the menu HOME and apply one of the three (3) predefined settings (Slight, Medium or Hard). Try to run the Speed Test again.

Solution d.) Contact your Internet Service Provider. Optional you can send your previously saved Speed Test results, which you can find by logging in to your account at and send these to your ISP, to help resolve the problem.
